Senior Associate, Financial Due Diligence

At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be responsible for analyzing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise, and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. As part of the Acquisition Advisory team you are expected to provide financial due diligence and other transaction-related services to large company and private equity fund clients. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities include:

What you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3 years of experience

  • Providing financial due diligence and transaction-related services
  • Interviewing executive management at target companies
  • Assessing quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows
  • Resolving issues in technical accounting areas
  • Participating in client discussions and meetings

  • CPA or equivalent

Travel requirements: Up to 60%

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
