Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language. Additional languages are a plus. Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Proficiency in using computer systems, travel booking platforms, and CRM software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple client requests simultaneously. High degree of reliability, self‑discipline, and motivation to excel in a remote work environment and with minimum supervision. Flexibility to work in different time zones based on client needs.
