Stretch Ventures, one of the largest and fastest-growing StretchLab franchise groups, is hiring an Area Manager to oversee our Queens market . This role is ideal for a strong operator who thrives on developing leaders, improving performance metrics, and creating exceptional client experiences across multiple studios.

💼 Position: Area Manager

Location: Queens, NY

Compensation: $65,000 base salary + bonus & profit share

As an Area Manager, you will oversee the operations and performance of multiple StretchLab studios within the Queens region , including direct oversight of one primary location while supporting the success of additional studios.

Your leadership will be critical in driving membership growth, operational excellence, and team development across the market.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of your primary studio while supporting 2–3 additional locations.

• Drive membership growth, retention, and revenue performance across the region.

• Coach and develop General Managers , ensuring accountability and leadership growth.

• Analyze KPIs such as sales, utilization, retention, and labor , identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct regular site visits to support teams, evaluate performance, and maintain brand standards.

• Foster a high-energy, positive culture aligned with StretchLab’s core values.

• Partner with leadership on local marketing initiatives and community outreach .

• Ensure consistent execution of operational systems, training, and policies across studios.

✨ Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing multiple locations or teams .

• Strong operational mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and drive performance improvements .

• Experience developing and coaching high-performing managers and teams .

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership .

• Fitness, wellness, or membership-based business experience is a plus.
