Temporary Working in U.S.A. (H2B)

The H2B project is a full-time working project in the United States with a working period of 1-3 years. Once the applicant starts working, they will not be able to change jobs.

Job Type: Assistant Waiter/Waitress Position

Workplace: Tropicana Casino & Resort, Atlantic City, New Jersey, USA

Compensation: The regular hourly rate is nine dollars twenty-five cents. Overtime pay is ten dollars twenty-five cents per hour. Work no less than forty hours per week. If more, it will be considered overtime. Work six days a week, if regular work does not involve overtime, one day per week is seven hours = nine dollars twenty-five cents times seven = sixty-four dollars seventy-five cents per day times twenty-six days = one thousand six hundred eighty-three dollars fifty cents times thirty-one baht per baht = fifty-two thousand two hundred one baht per month. If overtime one day two hours, two hours times ten dollars twenty-five cents = twenty-two dollars fifty cents per day plus sixty-four dollars seventy-five cents = eighty-six dollars seventy-five cents per day times twenty-six days = two thousand two hundred sixteen dollars times thirty-one baht per baht = sixty-eight thousand four hundred ninety-six baht per month. Estimated monthly salary including tips is one hundred thousand to one hundred thirty thousand baht.

Accommodation and Meals: The employer will provide accommodation at a monthly rent of one hundred twenty-five dollars, but there is an insurance deposit of eight hundred fifty dollars, which will be refunded at the end of the contract. The employer will provide free meals during working hours. The employer will arrange for a plane ticket in advance, which will be deducted from the employee's salary each month.

This cost includes application fees, health insurance, operational costs, employment documents, visa fees, selection and interview.

This cost does not include airfare, which will be deducted from the employee's salary each month.

Applicant Qualifications: Age eighteen to forty years, able to communicate in English face-to-face and answer phone calls, good health, and suitable for the job position.

Application Documents: The application process will take about one month from the date the U.S. employer receives the documents. Complete application form and one hundred fifty thousand baht deposit, English personal history, full-body photo.

Application Steps: Read the project details and fill out the application form completely.

Step 1: Submit English work history, full-body photo, and one hundred fifty thousand baht deposit.

Step 2: Submit documents for employer review, approximately three working days. The employer will respond if not approved, the one hundred fifty thousand baht deposit will be refunded. If approved, proceed with visa document procedures.

Step 3: Fill out various application forms to be sent to the U.S. and the U.S. embassy in Thailand for review and pay four hundred fifty thousand baht for processing fees. The document review takes about one month. If approved, proceed to the next step. If not approved, the company will refund three thousand baht to the applicant.

Step 4: Pay the final fee of one million two hundred thousand baht along with the plane ticket arranged by the employer and proceed to work in the U.S.

Total cost 180,000 baht.
