Role Description

The ideal MuleSoft TA will be responsible for writing clean and flawless code to produce fully functional modules or apps according to the requirements, as part of day-to-day work. You will lead a team of developers to provide the best-in-class MuleSoft implementation solutions.

• Execute MuleSoft implementations for customers and internalize business outcomes and business context relevance to MuleSoft implementation methodologies and approaches.
• Have MuleSoft technical certifications and fully ramp-on technology and implementation methodologies knowledge.
• Develop subject matter expertise on project deliverables and contribute to internal knowledge exchange.
• Be a mentor and provide guidance to junior Services team members and help to build out our services organization.
• Lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance to influence standards for development, governance, and operational life cycle.
• Evangelize, train, coach, and mentor Services team members on hard technical skills and soft skills.
• Prior experience in designing, developing, securing, and managing APIs via API Gateways and Proxies.
• Experience in handling design patterns with MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce.
• MuleSoft API development experience on Anypoint platform, building complex flows with Anypoint studio, complex data weave transformation, experience with different connectors like Salesforce, DB, error handling, experience with Munit, API design, development, and tuning.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions.
• Preferred experience with Java and Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity.
• Experience with various MuleSoft connectors for e.g SAP, Salesforce, Netsuite, File, Database etc.
• Working knowledge of on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configuration.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively architect solutions within a diverse technical team of client, SIs, contractors, and internal teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions.
• MuleSoft Platform Development/Architecture - Participate in creation of technical stories to support functional user stories.
• Work as a MuleSoft developer in addition to being client facing for any MuleSoft related questions.

Requirements

• MuleSoft Developer Level 1 (Mule 4).
• Preferred: MuleSoft Certified Architect.

• California Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $266,300 USD.
• Cleveland Annual Salary Range: $87,400 to $213,000 USD.
• Colorado Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $230,000 USD.
• District of Columbia Annual Salary Range: $100,500 to $245,000 USD.
• Illinois Annual Salary Range: $87,400 to $230,000 USD.
• Maryland Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $230,000 USD.
• Massachusetts Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $245,000 USD.
• Minnesota Annual Salary Range: $94,400 to $230,000 USD.
• New York / New Jersey Annual Salary Range: $87,400 to $266,300 USD.
• Washington Annual Salary Range: $100,500 to $245,000 USD.
