Responsibilities: Provide specialized instruction to students with special needs in small group settings Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians Utilize instructional techniques to enhance student learning Conduct parent conferences to review student progress Implement differentiated instruction to cater to the individual needs of all students Enhance instructional strategies through small group instruction Collaborate with parents through effective parent communication Develop engaging lesson plans for diverse learners Design curriculum planning to meet student needs Required Skills: Prior experience in preschool or elementary education Familiarity with NAEYC and Common Core State Standards Ability to execute social studies and reading intervention programs Knowledge of early childhood education methodologies such as Montessori and Responsive Classroom Experience in creating and executing individualized education programs Small Group Instruction Parent Communication Instructional Strategies Lesson Planning Curriculum Planning Preferred Skills: Proficiency in project-based learning Understanding of Google Classroom Background in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Strong classroom management abilities Compensation and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $60,000.00 Maximum Salary: $65,000.00 Comprehensive Health, Life, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Generous Vacation and Sick Leave Company Overview: AAA Academy offers educational services as a public and academic institution.
