As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and managing large amounts of data into our systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Input and manage large amounts of data into our systems accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Review and correct any discrepancies in data
- Keep track of received data and source documents
- Update and maintain accurate records of data
- Respond to data inquiries and requests from team members
- Ensure data integrity and security at all times
- Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data programs
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
