Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter III to join our Information Technology and Services team, with a focus on both technical and commercial roles. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to negotiating offers and maintaining applicant records. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively liaising between candidates and management throughout all recruitment stages. This job position is remote but, final interview will be onsite .


Key Requirements:

• Proven experience recruiting in the Information Technology and Services sector, covering both technical and commercial roles.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively source, screen, and select candidates.
• Proficient in conducting telephone interviews and managing job offers with precision.
• Skilled in leveraging social media, networking strategies, and industry events for candidate outreach.
• Exceptional communication abilities to facilitate clear, timely interactions with candidates and management.
• Experience maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and onboarding candidates into HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical and commercial talent.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates using structured interviews to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Conduct comprehensive phone interviews and coordinate final assessments, providing timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Engage candidates through platforms such as social media and industry events.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with management to craft compelling job offers that reflect role specifics and benefits packages .
• Maintain up-to-date applicant tracking throughout all recruitment phases.
• Handle all documentation and establish HR records for new hires.
