Senior NetSuite Administrator

Location: Remote (USA – EST time zone)

Contract Duration: 12 months (high probability of renewal)

Level: Senior (5+ years experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior NetSuite Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimisation of the NetSuite ERP environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with business users, improving system efficiency, and ensuring the stability, performance, and usability of NetSuite across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the NetSuite platform, including user roles, permissions, workflows, and configurations
• Act as the primary point of contact for NetSuite-related support and system issues
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and release coordination
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to translate business needs into NetSuite configurations
• Develop and maintain saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controls
• Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and user training materials

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite configuration, user management, workflows, and reporting
• Experience supporting ERP processes across finance, order management, and operations
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and work with developers or vendors where required
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

Qualifications

• NetSuite certification(s) highly advantageous
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
