As a People Intern, you will:

Get hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, including:

• Supporting HR Operations, such as onboarding, offboarding, and improving internal processes
• Assisting the HR Business Partner team with employee lifecycle initiatives and engagement efforts
• Supporting the Recruiting team with candidate experience initiatives
• Contributing to People Analytics by gathering and organizing data

You'll also participate in the company-wide Intern Program, collaborating with interns across departments on events and cross-functional projects. This role is designed to provide broad exposure to HR and help you explore different career paths within the People function.

What you'll need:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interest in building a career in HR or People Operations
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Completion of sophomore year (or equivalent) preferred
