We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives across our digital platforms and restaurant locations. Position Summary The Marketing Specialist will play a hands‑on role in executing campaigns, managing social media channels, supporting CRM initiatives, maintaining websites and delivery platforms, and coordinating marketing activities with store‑level teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative execution and operational marketing in a multi‑location business environment. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (RED), Google, and other relevant channels. Publish content regularly and support basic engagement with customers. Promotions & Campaign Execution Support the planning and execution of in‑store and digital promotions, marketing campaigns, and special events. Assist in promoting limited‑time offers and seasonal initiatives across channels. Utilize POS and marketing systems to support customer communication efforts, including email and SMS campaigns, announcements, and outreach programs. Website & Online Platform Management Assist in managing brand websites and third‑party delivery platforms. Support page updates, visual optimization, and promotional content uploads. Brand & Content Consistency Help ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual standards across all digital channels and restaurant locations. Content & Marketing Asset Support Collect, organize, and prepare photos, videos, and other marketing assets. Coordinate with external vendors and creative partners when needed. Marketing Performance Tracking Track basic marketing metrics and campaign performance. Assist with preparing summaries, reports, and insights for management review. Store‑Level & Cross‑Team Coordination Work closely with restaurant managers and internal teams to ensure promotions are accurately communicated and executed at the store level. Process & Execution Support Help organize marketing workflows, timelines, and documentation to support efficient execution and long‑term scalability across brands. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital operations (restaurant or retail experience is a plus). Familiarity with major social platforms and content posting tools. Proficient in using AI‑powered tools to generate marketing content, including posters and videos. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects across brands and locations. Comfortable working cross‑functionally with operations teams and vendors.
