• Willing to wait for license
• BC required
• Call, 24-hour shifts
• Inpatient call only
• 1 - 2 procedures per day, 10 patients per day
• General GI procedures
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
