We are hiring a Junior Project Manager , someone early in their career who has already been exposed to project management and is ready to take on real responsibility while continuing to grow. If you're coming from a junior PM or Lead Carpenter role and want to grow into a full PM, this is the right role.

You will work directly alongside ownership, supporting active projects while being developed into a fully independent Project Manager and ultimately, a leader within the company .

This role is intentionally designed as a growth track position , with a clear path toward:

• Full Project Manager ownership of projects
• Leadership of the PM function
• Potential to oversee a future branch/location

Project Support & Execution

• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple jobs
• Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance
• Help ensure projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with quality standards
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams

Operational Support

• Take ownership of key project management tasks currently handled by leadership
• Help improve organization, documentation, and workflow consistency
• Support communication between field and office

Learning & Growth

• Gain hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle-from pre-construction to closeout
• Gradually take on increasing responsibility as capability and confidence grow
• Be mentored directly by leadership with the expectation of stepping into a full PM role

Experience

• 3-5 years total experience in project coordination / junior project management/lead carpenter
• 5+ years of strong hands-on trades/field experience
• Exposure to project management responsibilities (not purely administrative)
• Experience in residential or light commercial construction is a plus

Capabilities

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces
• Strong communicator who can work with both field teams and clients
• Comfortable taking initiative and ownership of tasks
• Able to handle increasing responsibility without needing constant direction
