Responsibilities Support compensation benchmarking project to help ensure roles stay competitive. Modernize job descriptions using AI tools as part of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP). Assist with Digital I‑9 conversion and auditing projects that support our move toward a streamlined HR experience. Gain hands‑on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and more. The summer HR Intern works 40 hours per week, with the option to begin earlier in a part‑time capacity (up to 20 hours per week) if available. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in progress with a preferred focus in Human Resources or similar.
