Position Summary:
The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the front desk, guest services, and reservations teams. This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, skilled at managing people and processes, and committed to providing an outstanding guest experience.Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate front desk and guest services staff to deliver exceptional service.
Manage daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes.
Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Oversee reservations, room assignments, and revenue management practices in coordination with sales and housekeeping.
Assist in coordinating Stay & Play Golf Package Reservations
Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and payroll to ensure efficiency.
Maintain compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures.
Prepare and analyze departmental reports, including guest satisfaction scores and financial performance.
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Previous hotel front office supervisory or management experience required.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of PEP hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
