Sporting Goods & Automotive Clerk Your local Bi-Mart is looking for an organized and enthusiastic individual to join our Sporting Goods & Automotive Sales Clerk team. This position promotes and delivers a high degree of customer service and includes responsibilities such as inventory replenishment, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining merchandise. Responsibilities Provide prompt and friendly service to customers in the sporting goods counter. Handle customer transactions accurately, including age‑restricted merchandise. Replenish inventory and stock shelves to maintain product availability. Assist with cashier duties and ensure proper cash handling. Maintain merchandise presentation and overall store appearance. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Reliability and punctuality with a positive and friendly attitude. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently. Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to offer customer solutions. Capacity to engage with diverse individuals and provide excellent customer service. Experience Previous experience as a cashier, sales associate, bagger, or courtesy clerk. Retail experience with brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, or Albertsons is an asset. Knowledge and interest in camping or other outdoor hobbies is valued. Schedule Bi‑store hours: 9:00 am–8:00 pm Monday–Friday and 9:00 am–6:00 pm Saturday–Sunday. Hours may vary depending on workload and assignments.
