Meat Cutter/Butcher – Paradise Locker Meats (PLM)

Schedule: Monday–Friday with probable overtime (No weekends!) Location: Trimble, MO

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Meat cutting duties
• Efficiently cut meat with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure consistent quality control and compliance with company standards
• Troubleshoot and optimize processes as needed
• Assist processing team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with using and keeping a sharp knife
• Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and sanitation
• Previous factory or food processing experience preferred, but not required

Work Environment

This role requires working in cold conditions and around moisture, machinery, and standard production noise.
