This role involves working closely with lenders and financial institutions to provide appropriate financial services and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSells financing and insurance products to customers using the menu selling process.Reviews customer credit applications and assesses profitability of financing arrangements for the dealership.Makes extended service contracts and owner protection programs available to customers.Ensures all deal documentation is complete by utilizing checklists.Maintains customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards.Collaborates closely with the sales team to support dealership goals.Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulatory obligations related to finance and insurance products.Supports and adheres to the dealership’s Safeguard and Transaction compliance programs.Acts as a liaison between customers and lending institutions.Reinforces company policies and maintains adherence to company standards.Participates in weekly management meetings and promotes positive employee relations.Ensures timely and accurate completion and submission of all financing documentation.Equal Opportunity EmployerBedford CDJR is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a drug-free workplace.
