Position: Vice President, Business Development & Client Services Location: New York City (Hybrid: Mon, Wed, Thurs in-office; flexibility on Tues & Fri)
Overview: This is a strategic and high-impact leadership role within the senior team, offering the opportunity to shape the agency's future growth and success. The Vice President of Business Development & Client Services will leverage expertise in client relationship management and business development to drive global expansion, oversee high-profile campaigns, and mentor a talented team.
Key Responsibilities: - Marketing & Global Growth: Design and implement marketing strategies to elevate the agency's global presence, including expanding digital service offerings such as social media and audience engagement.
- Client Management & Revenue: Lead 8-10 high-profile client campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and profitability. Meet and exceed mid-six-figure new business goals through proactive solutions and exceptional service.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 professionals, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
- Business Acquisition: Build and leverage a strong network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and media contacts to drive new business opportunities and expand the agency's reach.
- Strategic Growth: Lead the development of new service offerings, refine operational processes, and oversee the execution of PR and marketing campaigns for a global clientele.
What You Bring: - 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or public relations within an agency environment.
- A proven track record in business development, including securing six-figure deals.
- Leadership and mentorship skills to foster a high-performing team.
- Expertise in digital marketing and strategy.
- Strong communication, networking, and strategic planning abilities.
- Knowledge of the art world or luxury branding (preferred).
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop, HubSpot, MuckRack, and Harvest.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible hours for international collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits: - Salary range: $115,000 - $135,000, based on experience plus commission
