Valet Driver

The Valet Driver is responsible for creating an exceptional first and last impression for all guests. This role provides warm, welcoming service while assisting with luggage, transportation needs, valet parking, and general guest inquiries. The ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, and committed to delivering outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all guests immediately with a warm, genuine smile and courteous speaking voice.
• Provide prompt assistance retrieving guest items from cars, buses, vans, and carts.
• Offer clear directions and information about hotel facilities, restaurants, lounges, and nearby attractions.
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest inquiries regarding hotel features and services.

Bell & Valet Services

• Safely grasp, lift, carry, and load luggage and packages onto bell carts, transport items throughout the hotel.
• Navigate bell carts through public areas, guest corridors, and elevators with care.
• Issue and complete valet tickets, perform vehicle damage surveys, and utilize valet parking technology.
• Clearly communicate parking procedures, valet costs, and retrieval processes, issue proper valet tickets.
• Perform inventory on valet vehicles and maintain accurate key board organization.

Operational Support

• Cover duties for doorpost, key coordinator, or driver as needed.
• Answer phones and provide information as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of bell carts, equipment, and the front drive area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport luggage and packages safely.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, hospitable demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing guest needs.
