UI Developer

Job Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Duration: Full time


Skill: UI Developer

• ssociate needs to have good knowledge of HTML/CSS, Javascript, Jquery, Node and Vue.
• React is good to have.
• Understanding on creating ADA compliant knowledge is important.
• Experience with GIT distributed version control, branching/merge strategies, and Bitbucket.
• solid understanding of Front-end design patterns and principals: Responsive Web Design, MVC, BEM, OOCSS, Event Delegation, Modules, Singletons, Prototypes, Mixins, Publish/Subscribe, XHR, Server-side vs client-side, etc.
• solid understanding of AJAX and how to fetch data from a service endpoint that can be used to render dynamic web content.
• solid understanding of semantic HTML and CSS3 (SASS), including layouts, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG 2.2).
• Experience with Front End and accessibility tools: Devtools, Web Fiddler, InteliiJ/Visual Studio (or preferred IDE), JAWS, Voiceover, Talkback.
• Comfortable reviewing a UX wireframe and building corresponding UI efficiently; Works with UX partners and identifies design risks proactively to deliver applications for high-traffic websites.
• Familiarity with performance optimization tools (i.e. lighthouse) and techniques (image compression, lazy loading, bundling, sprites, etc.).
• Familiarity with Node, NVM and NPM.
• Experience with Vanilla JS (ES6) and modern Javascript frameworks and libraries (examples - Vue, React, Polymer, Angular, Handlebars, JQuery, and others).

Working knowledge and experience of Java SDK, spring boot, rest services. Strong understanding of the structure and logic of Object-Oriented programming
