VelvetCaviar.com is looking for a highly organized, creative UGC Content Manager to build and scale our network of UGC creators who act as on-camera talent, models, photographers, and content producers for our brand campaigns. You’ll play a critical part in building the brand’s image and ever evolving creative marketing strategy. This role owns the end-to-end UGC content pipeline for branded use across paid media, organic social, website, and e-commerce channels. You will treat creators as an extension of our creative team: sourcing, briefing, directing, and optimizing content that feels native, authentic, and performance-driven. This role requires a blend of creativity and a deep understanding of how to translate brand & product storytelling into platform-native formats. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Develop and maintain a robust network of creators, ensuring a diverse and high-quality creator roster Collaborate closely with internal teams to create social content briefs and recruit suitable creators to deliver on them Coordinate with creators and internal teams to ensure timely and successful content delivery Manage timelines and sample delivery to creators to make sure content is delivered on time and in full Identify and price out specialty and high-profile creators for select campaigns, facilitating negotiations, sample delivery and managing contractual agreements as required Foster strong relationships with creators, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives Stay informed about industry trends and emerging creators to continuously enhance our creator network Monitor and evaluate the performance of creator-generated content, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, product priorities, and overall creative direction MUST HAVES Experience in creator management, with a proven track record of identifying and nurturing creator talent Established network and black-book of trusted creators Creative thinking with a strategic mindset, capable of adding unique value to content strategies through expert creator collaborations Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Familiarity with performance metrics and analytics to assess and enhance the effectiveness of creator partnerships Excited for an opportunity to learn and thrive within a fast-growing company Highly organized, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial-minded Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines PERKS and BENEFITS Competitive salary with bonuses PTO Days + Paid Holidays Off Health Insurance and 401k key player at a growing brand Fun office in the heart of Brooklyn Only 2 days in office per week Velvet Caviar is an equal opportunity employer.
