Desired Experience/Qualifications:

• Active Nursing license (state or compact, as required)
• Current certification in Operating Room Technology (ORT)
• Previous clinical experience in an OR setting highly preferred
• Proven ability to work effectively within a surgical team
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating rooms, ensuring all equipment and instruments are sterile and functional
• Support surgical teams by anticipating needs and passing instruments
• Maintain accurate documentation during procedures
• Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care
• Uphold strict adherence to safety standards and infection control protocols
