Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Watertown, MA
Location: Watertown, Massachusetts
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks (with potential for extension)

Position Overview:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations. You’ll evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapies to enhance independence in activities of daily living.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat patients following physician orders and referrals
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and promptly
• Supervise COTAs per practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
• Active Massachusetts OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
