Title Examiner

Eastern Staffing & Recruiting is hiring for a detail-oriented and reliable Title Examiner to join our client's team in Goose Creek, SC. This position involves reviewing title work and preparing title binders/commitments for real estate closings to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Review and examine title documentation to verify ownership and identify any restrictions.
• Analyze mortgages, liens, contracts, and other legal documents related to property titles.
• Conduct research to obtain all required title evidence.
• Obtain property descriptions and identify all parties involved.
• Evaluate titles to determine any limitations or encumbrances.
• Prepare reports outlining title issues or obstructions.
• Collaborate with pre-closers to resolve title-related matters.
• Enter and manage data in SoftPro Select to generate title binders/commitments and lender-required documents.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Experience with SoftPro Select is preferred.
