Summer Sales Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and customer segments.
• Support the sales team in bidding and onboarding new clients.
• Engage with customers through in person visits, calls, and emails to nurture relationships.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss sales performance and strategies.
• Track and report on sales metrics to measure success and areas for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work full-time during the summer months.

Compensation: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self-motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
