This unique contract role near Stillwater, MN, begins in early September 2026 and continues through early June 2027. Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota teaching license with both Early Childhood Special Education and Elementary Special Education certifications (required)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
• Experience working with diverse learners ages 3 through elementary school
• Strong ability to tailor instruction to meet individual student needs
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to innovative approaches and professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and inclusive instruction to students with special needs in early childhood and elementary age groups
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) collaboratively
• Adapt materials and strategies to support diverse learning abilities
• Work closely with fellow educators, families, and related service providers onsite
• Contribute to a collaborative, positive school environment while piloting new instructional models

This is a full-time position, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week throughout the 2026–2027 academic year.
