COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS is seeking experienced siding installers for immediate employment . We have a steady stream of siding projects to keep you busy full-time, year-round. This role is ideal for skilled professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship, work safely, and thrive on delivering exceptional results for homeowners.

Pay Rate: $32–$39/hour (includes a $27–$34 base hourly rate plus an average $5/hour company benefits contribution).

What You’ll Do:

• Perform full residential siding installations from start to finish, including setup, staging, removal of existing material, wrapping, insulation, measurement, cutting, bending, and installation

• Install siding, soffit, fascia, window and door wraps, and custom trim with precision and care

• Execute special installations, service work, and repairs as needed

• Operate manual and power tools safely and maintain them in proper condition

• Work confidently on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts at various heights

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

• Work outdoors in all types of weather while upholding quality and craftsmanship

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in siding installation, including vinyl, aluminum, Hardie board, or similar materials

• Strong general carpentry skills and attention to detail

• Safe and proper use of power tools and equipment

• Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts

• Willingness to work in all weather conditions

• Ability to maintain a professional, high-quality installation standard
