We're expanding our
W2 crew and are looking for motivated, skilled, and reliable individuals who want to grow with a company that values quality, teamwork, and long-term success.
As siding installer, you'll play an integral role in executing high-quality exterior remodeling projects, including installations and repairs. You'll work closely with a lead installer and site supervisor and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and up to Tacheny standards.
This is a
hands-on, full-time position with opportunities for
training, advancement, and year-round employment .
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of roofing, siding, windows & doors, soffit & fascia
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and job site procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support quality control through proper installation techniques
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with crew leads and customers
- Participate in training and development sessions to grow technical skills
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Compensation: - Pay Range: $23-$30 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 3+ year of experience in construction or exterior remodeling is required.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment.
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.
- Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience installing fiber cement siding systems such as James Hardie, Allura, or Nichiha
- Familiarity with manufacturer installation best practices, including flashing, layout, and fastening techniques
- Experience using specialized fiber cement tools (e.g., shears, dust-reduction saws, siding nailers)
- Knowledge of housewrap, flashing, and moisture management details
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality, precise exterior finishes
