As a Siding Installer at Lakeside Renovation & Design, you'll play a crucial role in transforming homes and delivering top-notch craftsmanship. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communication: Follow daily instructions from the Crew Leader, ensuring clarity on job-specific tasks.
• Execution: Carry out assigned tasks diligently and report progress to the Crew Leader.
• Craftsmanship: Provide professional siding installation experiences, showcasing skills in cutting, weatherproofing, installing, sealing, measuring, taping, etc.
• Precision: Accurately measure, fabricate, and install siding, soffit, fascia, and trim.
• Learning Culture: Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and career growth, staying updated on product knowledge.
• Leadership: Display a willingness to train and supervise laborers and apprentices.
• Safety: Prioritize safety by maintaining a clean and secure job site.
• Adaptability: Embrace additional duties that may arise beyond the job description.

Requirements:

• Experience: Hiring entry level to skilled crew lead positions
• License: Hold a valid driver's license for your convenience.
• Strength: Exhibit the ability to handle job site equipment and perform heavy labor.
• Safety: Climb ladders with confidence and pass required drug screenings and background checks.
• Location: Be willing to commute within the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
