To support a global life sciences organization, the full-time remote ServiceNow ITSM Developer will design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations, enhancing operational efficiency and automating service management processes. Key responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications, workflows, and automation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions Perform platform administration activities and support integrations between ServiceNow and external applications Required qualifications 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience supporting enterprise implementations Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and IntegrationHub Experience developing integrations using REST APIs and SOAP web services ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred
