Key Responsibilities Evolve creative strategy frameworks based on performance feedback and translate data into actionable creative briefs Lead the development of creative briefs and ensure alignment with performance goals and brand voice Own ideation and execution of UGC-style ad concepts, guiding editors and sourcing creators for specific campaigns Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in DTC, paid social creative strategy, and/or UGC strategy Proven track record of developing high-performing paid social creative Deep understanding of UGC-style content and platform-native trends Experience owning creative strategy, with a strong ability to connect performance data to creative decisions Comfort operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment
