Are you a detail-oriented professional looking for a role where you can support safety, organization, and overall club operations? Long Cove Club is seeking a Security Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys administrative work, and plays an essential part in maintaining a secure and efficient community. This position is based within our Administrative offices.

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-time position
• Monday-Friday (7AM – 3PM or 8AM – 4PM)
• Schedule will include occasional weekends, and holidays as needed
• Pay based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate security and access records for members, team, and contractors
• Conduct audits of renter access permissions and document findings
• Issue and manage decals, including tracking and renewals
• Review security camera systems and assist with incident tracking and reporting
• Generate reports on ticket issuances and security-related activities
• Input and manage security data in company systems
• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support security operations
• Provide assistance to members and guests and direct them to appropriate departments
• Support additional administrative or security-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in security administration or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of security procedures and protocols is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds
• Comfortable moving between departments and locations as needed
• Comfortable working in various indoor/outdoor conditions
