This mid-sized district encompasses 16 sites and roughly 7,000 students and is recognized for its welcoming culture. The current opening is at a K-12 campus, where the selected Social Worker will primarily work with about 18 students in grades K-8, delivering 6.5 hours of direct services weekly. Additional responsibilities include serving as team lead and case manager for the K-8 age group, collaborating closely with a counterpart who oversees 8-12th grade students.
Candidates working toward Colorado Department of Education credentials are welcome-the process and anticipated licensure timeline will be discussed during selection. The onboarding process features two engaging interviews: an initial screening with the director of integrated services (via Teams), followed by a panel interview, preferably on site, although virtual accommodations are possible for the right candidate.
