Experience with student assessments, behavior intervention planning, and crisis response preferred. Familiarity with school-based documentation, IEP/504 processes, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams preferred. What You'll Do Support students’ academic success by addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs through counseling, assessments, and individualized intervention plans. Provide individual and group counseling, crisis response, and ongoing support for students facing emotional, behavioral, or social challenges. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and community agencies to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
