Job Description:

Knights Hail Repair is hiring motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives / Outside Sales Representatives to join our automotive hail repair team.

This is a commission-based sales opportunity with high earning potential for individuals who are competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable generating leads in the field.

We specialize in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) for hail damaged cars and help vehicle owners navigate the insurance claim process. This is not traditional product sales — hail damage claims are covered under comprehensive auto insurance policies.

If you are looking for a high-income outside sales opportunity with flexible scheduling and uncapped commissions, this role may be a strong fit.

Compensation:

• Average repair: $3,500+ per vehicle
• Your commission: $1,000 to $2,000+ per car
• Close 2 cars/day = $1,000 to $2,000+/day

This is a high-volume, high-speed opportunity
The demand already exists — you are not convincing people to buy anything

• Top performers earn $20,000–$60,000+ in a 90-day season
• Performance bonuses available

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door lead generation in hail-affected neighborhoods
• Identify vehicles with hail damage
• Educate customers on the insurance repair process
• Schedule free vehicle inspections
• Follow up with prospects and maintain communication
• Meet performance and activity targets

Qualifications:

• No prior sales experience required (training provided)
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Reliable personal transportation
• Ability to work independently
