Qualifications:

• Passion for Automotive Sales : Whether you have prior automotive experience or are new to the industry, your passion for people, customer service, and sales is essential.
• Experience : Prior automotive or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Leadership Skills: You should be an effective communicator, motivator, and team player who helps guide your team toward success.
• Communication & Customer Service : Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to providing top-tier customer service.
• Professionalism : Strong work ethic, professional appearance, and dedication to excellence.
• Self-Motivation : Ability to work independently, stay organized, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Compliance : Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to automotive finance is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License : A clean driving record and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Team-Oriented: Ability to collaborate with other departments to achieve mutual goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• New Vehicle Management : You will assist in the smooth operations of the new vehicle department, ensuring efficient inventory management, pricing strategies, sales process optimization, and the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your role will help shape the customer experience from start to finish, ensuring every vehicle sold exceeds expectations.
• Used Vehicle Management : Support the day-to-day management of the used vehicle department by overseeing inventory acquisition, vehicle reconditioning, pricing, merchandising, and optimizing the sales process. Your input will help drive sales and enhance the overall used vehicle experience for our customers.
• Business Development Center (BDC) Management : Lead and collaborate with the BDC team to establish a seamless process that drives synergy between the sales and BDC teams. Together, you will work toward achieving shared goals while providing excellent customer service and generating new business opportunities.
• Finance Management (F&I): Work alongside the F&I department to learn the intricacies of financing, structuring deals, and maintaining compliance with lending institutions. You will be a key player in ensuring a smooth and transparent finance process for our customers.
