Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote Executive Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.
As a Remote Executive Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our executive team. Your main duties will include managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling various administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for managing communication and correspondence with clients and vendors, as well as assisting with project management and other tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and document preparation
- Manage communication and correspondence with clients and vendors
- Assist with project management and coordination
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Previous experience in project management is a plus
- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connection
