Ascension is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Oncology Navigator to guide patients and families through the cancer care continuum. In this role, you’ll coordinate multidisciplinary care, ensure timely access to diagnostics and treatments, and provide education on diagnosis, therapies, and symptom management. You will advocate for patients, address barriers to care, and connect them with community resources.
