Provide timely, accurate, fair, and professional service to all clients and insured parties while maintaining a high level of production./ph3Essential Functions:/h3ulliHandles all assigned claims promptly and effectively, with minimal need for direction and oversight./liliInspect damaged property and determine claim related damage./liliMakes decisions within delegated authority as outlined in company policies and procedures./liliUnderstands insurance coverage and applies appropriate claims practices to resolve claims in alignment with company guidelines./liliSets and relays adequate reserves according to carrier guidelines./liliMaintains current knowledge of insurance policies and carrier guidelines./liliMaintains current knowledge of local industry repair procedures and local market pricing./liliSubmits other information to claims management as needed./liliDelivers outstanding customer service experience to all internal, external, current, and prospective customers nationwide. Adheres to high standards of professional conduct while providing delivery of outstanding claims service./liliPerform other duties as assigned./li/ulh3Job Requirements:/h3ulliBachelors preferred; High School required./liliMust have a valid adjuster license for state residing/covering./liliMust have a valid drivers license to travel to insureds locations./lili2-3 years of experience with property claims required./liliExperience preparing estimates with Xactimate and Symbility required./liliKnowledge of insurance policies, theories, and practices./liliGeneral understanding of construction concepts and principles strongly preferred./liliMust have the ability to climb ladders, get in attics/crawlspaces, get on roofs, kneel, bend, etc./liliMust complete continuing education credits where required to maintain licensing./liliStrong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills/liliCapability to plan, organize and manage time efficiently./liliAbility to work within specific client guidelines concerning both service timelines and preparation of estimates./li/ulpCompensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year/p/div
