Arclin, Inc. is currently looking for a Process Engineer Internship for our Belle, WV location. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role will be assigned a project to support improvement of an existing plant challenge and will also assist process and plant engineers with daily duties in order to gain valuable insight into on-the-job responsibilities. This position will work closely with automation, engineering, and safety functions, and will be expected to adhere to site safety requirements and quality control standards.

Process Engineer Internship Responsibilities:

• Asset, Spare, Cost data linking within CMMS
• Minor MOC design and implementation
• Arc Flash model update and asset labeling (for EE)
• Assessment of footprint of current GM-10L-3T pumps to determine necessary modifications to accommodate new LE-X pumps
• Add list of check valves provided by Ops to Fiix; also determine if proper check valves are being used for listed valves
• Investigate load piping at T/W and R/C spots that are causing hose kinking issues; work to resolve these piping issues
• Hose documentation
• Review inspection frequencies provided by Antea and compare against Fiix
• Inspection Brief updates

Process Engineer Internship Job Qualifications:

· Working to complete bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Driven & Eager to learn

· MS Office Skills
