The Audio, Twitch, Games (ATG) PXT team is looking for a Principal HRBP to lead talent strategy and support business growth. You'll partner directly with VPs and Directors to drive people and organizational outcomes through scalable, integrated solutions.
Key job responsibilities Organizational Effectiveness -\tDevelop and execute HR strategies including org design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills development -\tUse people metrics and business data to identify and drive systemic improvements across multiple orgs -\tDesign org structures that enable fast decision-making, strong culture, and customer focus -\tPartner with Talent Acquisition, Central HR, and Finance on comprehensive workforce plans Senior Leader Effectiveness -\tServe as primary HRBP to VP and Directors, advising on organizational capabilities -\tBuild diverse, inclusive executive talent pipelines and leadership bench strength -\tProvide executive coaching on management effectiveness, complex challenges, and culture -\tLead talent reviews and succession planning at the senior level Change Management -\tUse data to identify trends, risks, and hotspots; develop change plans -\tGuide leaders through organizational transformations using inclusive thinking and stakeholder management -\tMonitor change effectiveness and business impact -\tTranslate business strategy into simple, scalable HR processes Talent Planning & Management -\tEmbed talent mechanisms into business rhythm - annual and mid-year reviews, performance management, development -\tCoach leaders and facilitate workforce planning and resource allocation decisions -\tAnticipate talent needs and capability gaps and develop goals to support these efforts -\tProvide strategic compensation consultation (annual planning, promotions, ad hoc analysis) -\tDrive innovative employee engagement solutions A day in the life You bring deep business passion, learning agility, and a track record of partnering with senior executives. Strong data acumen, communication, coaching, and project management skills are essential. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
