Key Responsibilities Manage complex personal calendars, appointments, and ever-changing schedules. Coordinate domestic and international travel, including private aviation, charter brokers, ground transportation, accommodations, and detailed itineraries. Oversee glam scheduling, wardrobe fittings, styling appointments, and event logistics. Coordinate family schedules, children's appointments, activities, transportation, and related logistics. Prepare detailed daily updates, ensuring all priorities, follow-ups, and action items are communicated clearly. Serve as a liaison between the principal and trusted vendors, household staff, security, and external partners. Assist with personal projects, errands, gifting, reservations, and day-to-day lifestyle management. Help maintain organization across household systems, inventories, and shared resources. Collaborate closely with internal team members and provide support wherever needed to ensure seamless operations. Exercise absolute discretion while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting an ultra-high-net-worth individual, celebrity, or high-profile principal in a Personal Assistant or Executive Personal Assistant capacity. Demonstrated experience coordinating private aviation, including charter flights and broker relationships. Strong background managing glam schedules, fittings, events, and lifestyle logistics. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Able to remain composed, flexible, and resourceful in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment. Naturally accountable with a solutions-first mindset and the ability to recover quickly when priorities shift. Strong intuition and emotional intelligence with the ability to read situations and maintain appropriate discretion. Comfortable supporting outside traditional business hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Professional, polished demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Tech-savvy enough to navigate everyday productivity tools while adapting to simple communication systems.
