Job Title: Packaging Associate / Production Operator

Framingham, MA

Job Description : This role focuses on safely and efficiently packaging and canning products for shipment in a high-volume production environment. You will work on the packaging line performing repetitive tasks such as packing, labeling, picking, and inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards before they leave the facility.

1st shift, $20/hour + Weekly Pay + Full Benefits

2nd shift, $22/hour + Weekly Pay + Full Benefits

Responsibilities

• Operate on the packaging line to can products and prepare them for shipment.
• Perform general production and general labor tasks, including packing, labeling, picking, and sorting products.
• Inspect products and packaging for quality, accuracy, and completeness before they are shipped.
• Follow established packaging, production, and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain a steady workflow while performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards in a warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with supervisors to ensure production goals are met.
• Handle materials and finished goods carefully to prevent damage during the packaging process.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet daily production and packaging targets.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Natick, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
