Shareholder Communications Outbound Representative (100% Remote Role - $16/hour) 2-3 month contract, potential for extension! Preference for EST.

Overview

Our client is launching its annual shareholder outreach project and is seeking high-volume Outbound Call Center Representatives to support shareholder account communication initiatives. Representatives will provide professional, secure, and compliant outreach to shareholders regarding their accounts, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to shareholders regarding account updates, notifications, or required actions
• Verify identity and handle sensitive shareholder information with strict confidentiality
• Document call outcomes accurately in systems
• Follow established scripts, compliance standards, and financial communication guidelines
• Meet daily productivity metrics, quality standards, and call handling expectations
• Participate in required training and refresher courses
• Support special projects during high-volume periods
• Report issues, trends, or escalations to supervisors

Requirements

• Prior call center experience (inbound or outbound) preferred
• Comfort handling sensitive or confidential financial information
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet remote workspace
• Ability to work full-time with overtime, evenings, and Saturdays
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation

Work Environment & Schedule

• Remote work-from-home role
• Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM EST; optional Saturdays 10:00 AM-2:00 PM EST, with extended overtime availability
• Seasonal project lasting 2-3 months, with potential to be extended
