Offshore Pipe & Structural Fitters (14/14 Rotation)

We are actively hiring high-level Offshore Fitters with proven experience in both pipe and structural fabrication to support ongoing offshore projects in the Gulf.

This is a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation, offering consistent work, strong pay, and the opportunity to be part of a skilled offshore crew executing complex work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

• $29–$30/hour
• Consistent rotation schedule (14/14)

? What You’ll Be Doing

• Fit and install pipe systems and structural components offshore
• Read and interpret ISO drawings, blueprints, and layouts
• Perform material take-offs and layout work
• Align, level, and secure components using:
  • Chain falls, come-alongs, jacks, wedges, and pins
• Cut, bevel, and prep pipe using manual and machine methods
• Work closely with welders and riggers to ensure proper fit-up
• Verify all measurements prior to weld-out
• Install and demo handrails, grating, and structural assemblies
• Maintain productivity and quality in a high-performance offshore setting

Requirements:

• 3+ years fitting experience (pipe + structural)
• Recent offshore experience (2+ years preferred)
• Strong ability to:
  • Read ISO drawings & blueprints
  • Perform precise layout and fit-up work
  • Work independently without constant supervision
• Experience with:
  • Pipe cutting & beveling equipment
  • Grinders, torches, and layout tools
• Proven track record of quality workmanship and productivity

Work Environment:

• Offshore platforms in the Gulf
• Physically demanding role (lifting, climbing, working at heights)
• Exposure to weather, noise, and confined spaces
