Client has a NetSuite implementation and they need someone internally with administration/ updates/ configuration experience.

Location: Winston Salem NC
Worksite: Onsite

Direct Hire/ FTE

Managing, configuring, and optimizing the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring it aligns with business needs. Key duties include managing user access (roles/permissions), developing workflows, creating saved searches and dashboards, maintaining data integrity, and providing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

System Configuration: Tailor NetSuite (ERP, CRM, Ecommerce) to business needs by creating custom fields, forms, records, and workflows (SuiteFlow).
Administration & Security: Manage user access, roles, and permissions; conduct security audits and maintain system compliance.
Data Management & Analytics: Maintain data integrity via imports/exports, data cleanup, and create advanced saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
Support & Training: Act as the primary point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting, and providing documentation or training to end-users.
System Maintenance: Monitor system performance, manage vendor relationships, and prepare for new NetSuite releases.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or in a similar role.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of NetSuite functionality, including SuiteScript (JavaScript-based API), SuiteFlow, and data modeling.
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex, customized issues.

Key Performance Areas

Optimization: Continuously improve processes by automating workflows.
Integration: Assist in connecting NetSuite with third-party applications.
Collaboration: Work with departments (finance, sales, inventory) to identify system requirement
