Marketing and Vibe Coordinator at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego Hard Rock Hotel, 207 Fifth Ave, San Diego, California, United States of America Job Description Posted Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 7:00 AM What You’ll Do Create and execute engaging social media content across platforms, bringing the brand to life through compelling storytelling Manage online community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and guest interactions with professionalism and personality Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content that reflects the energy and luxury of the property Support the execution of strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions Assist in influencer partnerships, giveaways, and local collaborations to expand brand reach Attend and document on-site events, activations, and experiences to amplify real-time engagement Maintain digital presence across platforms, ensuring listings, imagery, and brand messaging are accurate and elevated Monitor and respond to guest reviews, partnering with operations to deliver thoughtful, brand-aligned responses Assist with paid social campaigns and performance tracking Contribute to marketing reports, campaign recaps, and ongoing strategy development Act as an on-property brand ambassador, helping to create and sustain the signature “vibe” across all guest touchpoints What We’re Looking For Have 2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, or hospitality Are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and authentic brand connections Thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment Have a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing strategies Bring a creative eye for photography, video, and visual storytelling Communicate clearly and confidently across written, verbal, and digital channels Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Take initiative and can bring ideas to life from concept to execution Deliver elevated service and professionalism in every interaction Bonus Points If You Have Hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brand experience Experience with paid social media campaigns and influencer marketing Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Background in public relations or local partnerships Be part of an iconic, globally recognized lifestyle brand rooted in music and culture Work in an energetic, experience-driven environment where creativity is celebrated Collaborate with a passionate team of Experience Curators Play a key role in shaping guest experiences both digitally and on-property Grow your career with a company that values innovation, individuality, and service excellence Ready to Make an Impact?
