Lead Licensed Esthetician
Waukesha, WI
$20 – $23 per hour + Performance-Based Bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Perform results-driven skincare treatments, including:
  • Signature facials
  • Chemical peels
  • Hydradermabrasion
  • Microneedling
• Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments
• Recommend personalized treatment plans and skincare products
• Deliver exceptional client experiences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
• Assist with front desk tasks and inventory management as needed
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention
• Participate in and create social media content

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Esthetician License (required)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing aesthetic treatments
• Strong communication and consultation skills
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• Interest in advanced treatments, including energy-based devices

Compensation & Benefits

• $20 – $23 per hour (based on experience)
• Tiered, performance-based bonus incentives

Schedule

• Part-time position with the opportunity to transition into full-time
• Full-time hours available for the right candidate
• Weekend availability required as needed
• Anticipated start: July-Sept
