Dallas Landscape Architecture Firm Responsibilities Develop creative and practical land plans for master planned communities and large-scale developments Prepare residential neighborhood lotting plans and non-residential site plans Review, interpret, and apply zoning and subdivision ordinances, city codes, and development standards, including city comprehensive plans, planned development districts, and zoning documents Obtain and analyze GIS data, compiling base maps and resources from FEMA, USGS, and other agencies Work directly with the project Principal while collaborating on designs and coordinating with the client and other project consultants. Prepare entitlement packages and supporting documents for municipal approvals Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field from an accredited university 2+ years of professional experience, preferably in land planning or a related field.
